Job Title: Rental Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our Preston location. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and promoting our range of additional products and services to make our customers' onward journeys easier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Offer our range of additional products and services to customers, including car rental and car sharing services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers

Requirements:
  • A full, clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills

  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
