As the Early Years Centre Leader, you will oversee the comprehensive management of the childcare facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care, education, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the centre, providing guidance and support to the staff team.
- Curriculum Management: Ensure the educational program caters to the diverse needs of all children, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to foster enriching learning experiences.
- Compliance Assurance: Guarantee full adherence to EYFS and regulatory standards, including health and safety, safeguarding, and equality measures.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise nursery personnel, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace atmosphere.
- Financial Oversight: Effectively manage budgets and resources to ensure financial viability and operational efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community, addressing concerns and promoting a nurturing environment.
- Quality Enhancement: Implement ongoing improvement strategies to elevate the quality of care and education provided.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Level 5 Qualification: A relevant Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education or its equivalent.
- Experience: Significant background in early years management.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, organizational, and management capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of EYFS: Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and best practices in early childhood education.
