Job Summary:
GR8 Connect is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our branch, you will work closely with our Directors/Management Team to source and place top talent in the Driving and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on client job descriptions to understand a diverse range of roles.
- Utilize various job boards, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Review and assess candidate CVs to ensure relevance and suitability for client vacancies.
- Coordinate candidate registrations and conduct telephone interviews to evaluate their qualifications and experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
