Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and nurture our talented General Managers – focusing on their growth, advancement, and succession planning across various locations.
  • Training in areas such as financial oversight, leadership development, health and safety compliance, and more.
  • Effective communication is paramount; clarity is essential.
  • Ensure that vital information is conveyed constructively to all sites.
  • Integrate Sales & Marketing with our operational strategies.
  • Health and safety standards must consistently achieve high ratings.
  • Quality assurance: ensuring uniformity and efficiency across our food offerings.
  • Additionally, focus on P&L management and financial oversight.

The General Managers will have your unwavering support to guarantee profitability, with clear action plans in place for any shortfalls.

Essential Qualifications for the Chief Operations Strategist:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a comparable leadership role, ideally within the branded dining sector.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
