CSG Talent is a global recruitment agency, leading in our sector, and due to growth, we are looking to add multiple sales professionals to our team, starting with a National Account Sales Manager to manage our mass market and discounter channels.

The Role

As a National Account Sales Manager, you will report directly into our UK Sales Director and will be responsible for a mix of mass market and discounter customers. It will be your responsibility to promote our company brand and be the first point of contact within your accounts. You will also be required to meet with your customers on average once a quarter. This role is remote-based, with travel to the office one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee and be responsible for the growth of certain accounts
  • Responsible for the sales budget
  • Proactively manage the sales life-cycle from introduction to point of delivery
  • Lead and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers within your key customers
  • Sell in new stock
  • Be the ambassador of the company within your accounts
  • Keep abreast of what the competition are doing

Ideal Candidate

You will already be a successful sales professional with experience in managing mass market accounts and have a proven track record of growth within your current role. You will be confident and comfortable managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams of experts. You must be able to work within a fast-paced changing environment and have the ability to build strong business and personal relationships, whilst developing and implementing creative, sustainable, mutually profitable business solutions.
