Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in The Home service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement competency-based training programs for Support Workers.
  • Delegate clinical skills to Support Workers and Care Managers, ensuring safe and effective service provision.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager team to plan and coordinate delegation of skills requirements.
  • Evidence delegation of clinical skills and conduct annual observations of Support Workers and Care Managers.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC Pin registration (Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Full driving license with a reliable vehicle.
