The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is seeking a skilled Catering and Events Assistant to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering and events services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and drink for internal and external customers and events
- Ensure all aspects of catering duties are carried out to a high standard, maximizing sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and feedback
- Work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet business demands
Requirements:
- Experience working in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
