Lead Safety Engineer

Security Clearance will be necessary for this role (candidates must hold a UK Passport and have 5 years of continuous UK residency).
Candidates should possess either a background in Safety Engineering with knowledge of safety-critical regulations or experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) with a keen interest in transitioning to Safety Engineering.
A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Safety or ILS is required, along with a minimum of 2 years in a Safety Engineering role within the UK.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Independent Safety Assessments to facilitate the delivery of Support & Training Solutions for both UK and International clients.
*Experience in Independent Safety Assessments is not mandatory; we welcome candidates with a background in System Safety or Product Safety who are eager to develop their skills in ISA.This role involves working across various military aircraft platforms, providing a stimulating and diverse work environment.
A foundational understanding of Safety Standards is advantageous (knowledge of Def-Stan 00-55 / 00-56 is preferred).
