We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Mechanical Engineering team as an Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in mechanical engineering and contribute to the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge missile systems.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop your skills in mechanical design, analysis, and testing. You will be responsible for designing, making, and testing mechanical systems, as well as working with industry-standard software packages such as Creo Parametric, Altair HyperMesh, and Ansys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components
  • Work with industry-standard software packages to analyze and simulate mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Electronics, Environmental Engineering, and Manufacturing to develop and test integrated systems
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and innovations in mechanical engineering
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in mathematics and science, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
