About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services Careers. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care professionals in providing person-centered care to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff rotas, training, and development to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities).
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred).
- Strong staff management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality care.
