Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our team at WSH Group. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement catering proposals and menus that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
