Bleep 360 is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support in the community of Bristol and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments to patients in a safe and effective manner.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including doctors and other nurses, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered NMC Pin and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the NHS, with a preference for those with 1 year or more of experience.
