Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales goals through effective negotiation and the promotion of residential plots, ensuring compliance with the New Homes Quality Code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales operations for designated developments, which includes managing leads, scheduling customer meetings, processing reservations, facilitating sales transactions, and ensuring legal completions.
  • Coordinate communication and administrative tasks related to sales, working closely with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to ensure timely exchanges and compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately reflect the customer journey and provide essential management information.
  • Engage with customers to uphold the pre-move and after-sales commitments, thereby enhancing their overall experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Construction, Commercial, and Legal, to meet completion targets and provide timely updates on plot progress.
  • Ensure the customer hub and show homes are maintained according to brand and company standards.
  • Adhere to the Group Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, ensuring compliance during site visits and new home demonstrations to minimize risks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or a service-oriented sales environment is preferred.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
