Position Overview

The Mid-Market Sales Executive role is crucial for identifying and securing new client accounts within the Mid-Market sector, aiming to consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Success in this position will involve generating opportunities through diverse prospecting techniques, responding to inbound inquiries, and revitalizing previous customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new client accounts within the Mid-Market segment to achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting strategies, adhering to lead management best practices, and demonstrating our product offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value of KnowBe4's comprehensive product suite and educate clients on how each solution enhances their organization's security posture.
  • Gain insights into client purchasing needs, identify key decision-makers, address potential challenges, and streamline sales processes to acquire a high volume of new accounts.
  • Strategically propose subscription options, multi-year agreements, and negotiate pricing to enhance annual recurring revenue.
  • Keep precise and detailed records of daily sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the designated Channel sales representative to efficiently close new accounts through our Partner channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales targeting Mid-Market businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard practices in the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity sectors is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Competence in using web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven sales professional.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a proactive approach.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
