About the Role:
In the capacity of a lead civil engineer, Cityscape seeks a seasoned professional who will report directly to a project engineer.
This position is distinct from a setting out engineer role; the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance, managing temporary works, ensuring health and safety compliance, contributing to design processes, and supervising the engineering team.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and coordination abilities are essential, along with a solid background in reinforced concrete frames and groundwork.
About the Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering and a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in a senior engineering role with a competing subcontractor.
Given the nature of the projects, candidates should ideally reside in proximity to the work sites to facilitate a manageable commute.
About Compensation:
For this position, Cityscape is offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £300 to £340. The organization is open to considering candidates on a CIS, PAYE, or self-employed basis.
