We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer/Receptionist. This is a dual role covering up to 5 working days between both positions, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- General administrative duties, including record keeping, answering phone calls, and dealing with general enquiries
- Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences
- Note taking for meetings
- Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of documents
- Providing excellent customer service and support with Employee Relation duties
- Wellbeing support
- Front of House: Management and organization of the Wilmslow reception, including greeting staff, clients, and delegates
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Facility maintenance: Supporting the facilities manager with office maintenance requirements
- Point of contact for all visitors to the Wilmslow office, creating and distributing building ID passes and name cards
- Training & Meeting Room Bookings
