We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Contract Manager to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and contract performance leadership to enable effective management of project and commercial risk.
Key Responsibilities- Provide commercial and contract performance leadership to the project team
- Manage project and commercial risk
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and contract variations
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations
- Expert knowledge of public procurement regulations
- Significant experience in public sector procurement/contract management
- Experience of end-to-end procurement, including pre and post-contract management
- CCS contract experience preferred
- Team or line management responsibility
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Supplier relationship management skills
- 270 hours of annual leave (at least 25 days plus bank holidays)
- Every other Friday off work
