Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance the retail experience for our client. This role focuses on creating impactful visual displays that align with the overall retail strategy and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the comprehensive retail strategy, creative vision, and commercial performance indicators to effectively translate merchandising strategies into actionable store-level planograms, tailored by mission, format, and channel.
2. Employ display planning software, including Scorpion, Card Manager, and CRM, to implement all directives from the most significant and frequently utilized range builds, utilizing system-led product ranking.
3. Leverage Scorpion to assist Product and Range Managers by providing visual aids for both internal and external sales assessments.
4. Support the execution of the Trade Plan through visual aids, system-driven range builds, and necessary administrative tasks.
5. Maintain competitor product pools in CRM and ensure template plans reflect the latest merchandising principles.

Qualifications:
- A degree, retail-focused apprenticeship, or relevant experience in store-level visual merchandising and administration.
- Strong commercial insight into retail and shopper behavior to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage workload effectively and adhere to critical timelines.
- Familiarity with utilizing sales data for informed decision-making in range building is preferred.
- Knowledge of Scorpion Planogram, Card Manager, and CRM systems is advantageous.
- A flexible, resourceful, and resilient approach while maintaining focus on objectives and targets.
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, data management, and reporting for diverse audiences.
