Position Overview:
We are excited to present an opportunity for a Visual Merchandiser to support our retail partner for a fixed term.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Grasp the overarching retail strategy, creative vision, and commercial objectives to effectively translate merchandising strategies into actionable store-level layouts, tailored by mission, format, and channel.
2. Employ display planning tools such as Scorpion, Card Manager, and CRM to implement all directives from the most extensive and frequently utilized range configurations, utilizing system-driven product prioritization.
3. Leverage Scorpion to assist Product and Range Managers by providing visual support for both internal and external sales evaluations.
4. Aid in the execution of Trade Plans through visual support, system-driven range configurations, and necessary administrative tasks.
5. Continuously update competitor product databases in CRM and maintain template plans to reflect the latest merchandising strategies.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
1. A degree, retail-focused apprenticeship, or relevant experience in store-level visual merchandising and administrative tasks.
2. A strong commercial understanding of retail dynamics and the shopper journey to enhance decision-making.
3. Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
4. Experience in managing tasks and adhering to critical timelines.
5. Familiarity with utilizing sales data for informed decision-making in range configurations is preferred.
6. Knowledge of Scorpion Planogram, Card Manager, and CRM is advantageous.
7. A flexible, resourceful, and resilient approach while maintaining focus on objectives and targets.
8. Comfort with data-driven decision-making, data management, and reporting for diverse audiences.
