You will work closely with Legal and Information Security teams to develop and implement robust data protection strategies, safeguarding sensitive information and mitigating potential risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data protection policies and procedures in line with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant legislation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on data protection best practices and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal and IT teams to implement technical controls and safeguards for data security.
  • Manage data subject requests, including access, rectification, and erasure.
  • Stay abreast of evolving data protection regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data protection or privacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, IT, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection legislation.
  • Strong understanding of information technology and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
