Job Title: Commercial & Professional Risks L&D Officer, Insurance - Jersey

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Learning & Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and a deep understanding of the local market and product knowledge.

This is a new and exciting role within the business, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the organisation's growth. The successful candidate will have the ability to stimulate the organisation's growth and drive sales from a client-facing or BD role perspective.

The post holder will require managerial/supervisory and training & coaching experience, as well as a Dip CII or higher qualification. We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least the last 5 years.
