About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Services Operative to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the daily running of the site, assisting with project delivery and working closely with clients and other contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a range of small-scale repairs, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and roofing.
  • Ensure timely arrival, wearing the correct uniform, footwear, and ID badge.
  • Attend training sessions as requested and follow established methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of health and safety requirements, considering yourself, the team, and those around you.
  • Adapt to changing client needs and utilize appropriate access equipment.
  • Maintain tools, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
  • Apply good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications:
  • Hold a NVQ2 level qualification in Building Maintenance, Multi-Trade repair, and refurbishment operations or demonstrate equivalent trade experience.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to site safety rules, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Have a good understanding of listed trades and be able to competently carry out repairs to a good standard.
  • Possess a full UK driving license and a valid CSCS card.
  • Display good communication skills, reliability, and trustworthiness.
