- Manage Service Bookings: Coordinate with our workshop team to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient use of resources.
- Keep Customers Updated: Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed about the status of their vehicle service.
- Vehicle Handovers: Ensure a smooth handover of vehicles to clients, highlighting any additional services or products that may be of interest.
- Upsell Services and Products: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to our clients, enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure a tidy and well-organized workspace, reflecting the high standards of our company.
- Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest training and development opportunities, ensuring you remain knowledgeable and skilled in your role.
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor Experience: A proven track record of success in a Service Advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A valid full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
- Time Management Skills: Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
The Package:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200.
- Manufacturer Training: Access to manufacturer training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Flexible Working Hours: A Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a 1-hour lunch break and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
