We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support in our busy dealership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
  • Keep customers informed and updated throughout the service process, ensuring they are aware of any issues or delays.
  • Upsell services and products to customers, promoting additional revenue streams for the dealership.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills.
The Package:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200.
  • Manufacturer training and career development opportunities.
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
