Your Key Responsibilities as Lead Cost Estimator:

  • Work closely with the management team on contractual and financial issues
  • Maintain precise financial control systems and conduct monthly Cost/Value Reconciliation reporting
  • Provide insights on financial elements of contracts and optimize valuations
  • Track site developments and issue necessary notifications promptly
  • Project costs and values for trades, including preliminary expenses
  • Oversee subcontractor accounts to improve contract outcomes
  • Support the acquisition of labor, materials, and subcontractors for timely project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Quality Standards
