Your Key Responsibilities as Lead Cost Estimator:
- Work closely with the management team on contractual and financial issues
- Maintain precise financial control systems and conduct monthly Cost/Value Reconciliation reporting
- Provide insights on financial elements of contracts and optimize valuations
- Track site developments and issue necessary notifications promptly
- Project costs and values for trades, including preliminary expenses
- Oversee subcontractor accounts to improve contract outcomes
- Support the acquisition of labor, materials, and subcontractors for timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Quality Standards
