We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Associate to join our Renal Unit at St Helier NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to dialysis patients and ensuring an excellent learning environment for patients and staff.
The post holder will work closely with the multi-professional team to provide holistic care to renal dialysis patients and ensure compliance with specific infection and dialysis guidelines.
Main Duties- Administer medications in alignment with NMC standards of proficiency and Trust policy and procedure.
- Provide optimum quality of care to patients and take responsibility for an identified area on regular shifts.
- Participate in audits and contribute to the delivery of Care Benchmarking activities and Trust specific CQUINS targets.
- Foundation Degree in Nursing
- GCSE/Functional skills in English & Maths level 2
- Trained Nursing Associate Registered with the NMC
- Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate
