Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and candidates to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client companies, their industries, and workplace cultures.
  • Advertise job openings by crafting and placing advertisements across various platforms.
  • Utilize candidate databases to identify the ideal candidates for client vacancies.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and create a shortlist of suitable candidates for client consideration.
  • Verify references and assess the qualifications of applicants prior to submission.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information regarding job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
  • Prepare CVs and related correspondence for clients regarding qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Negotiate salary and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Advise both clients and candidates on compensation, training opportunities, and career advancement.
  • Work towards and surpass targets related to candidate placements and client engagements.
