We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Support Worker to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment Limited. As a Weekend Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals with mental health challenges in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach essential life skills to young people, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Assist with daily routines and tasks, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, helping them to overcome traumatic experiences.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 months' experience in a care environment.
- A valid DBS check or the ability to obtain one.
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date, with certificates to demonstrate this.
What We Offer:

- Flexible weekend day shifts, with options for full-time or part-time work.
Shift Times:
- Day shifts: 09:00 to 19:00.
