Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant or Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a leading Main Contractor with a £250 million turnover. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day commercial management of large-scale RC frame residential projects across London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the commercial management of projects, including closing out trades and meeting project deadlines and budget.

* Support the project team in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

* Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

* Provide support in the preparation of project reports, including progress reports and financial reports.

Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in RC Frame Residential projects with a Main Contractor or Developer.

* Strong commercial and project management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
