Job Summary:

Milestone, a leading contractor within the RSK Group, is seeking a highly skilled Civils Lead Foreman to join their team. This full-time, permanent role will be based out of the company's head office in Leicester, with frequent travel to various UK sites.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work in a site team as a Foreman/PICW to deliver Milestone civils sites, which may involve streetworks or greenfield projects. They will collaborate with the Build Manager and office support team to complete site programs of work efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver civils sites in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Build Manager to ensure site programs are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all onsite health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and auditors to deliver site information as required.
  • Manage and maintain plant and equipment for individual site requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of First Aid, Digger and Dumper tickets and qualified streetworks operative.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Able to travel for work with some overnight stays.
  • Utilities or Telecoms experience an advantage.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £44,000 DOE.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Availability to stay away from home when travelling, with accommodation and subsistence payments provided.
