About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Village Community Nurse to join our team at Belong. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Nurse in providing leadership and support to nursing and support teams to ensure high-quality care is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Be accountable for residents requiring 24-hour nursing care, maintaining a duty of care for all residents in the village.
  • Provide nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, and adheres to the NMC Code of Conduct and guidance within the NMC 'Scope of Professional Practice.'
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate nurse who is committed to delivering person-centered care. You will need to use your clinical judgment to help residents improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing. As a Village Nurse at Belong, you will make a real difference in the lives of older people who may be living with dementia or require nursing support.

This role will also involve covering a neighbouring village in the event of absence, sickness, and annual leave. We welcome applications from eligible applicants, and it is with regret that we do not have the facility to sponsor overseas staff.

As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. We offer a competitive salary of £22.00 per hour, 36 hours per week (nights), and a range of benefits, including paid NMC Pin, sick pay, access to a standard Life pension, and more.
