Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Community Nurse to join our team at Belong, a village community styled home that delivers exceptional care to our residents. As a Village Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to nursing and support teams, ensuring that care and support is provided safely, efficiently, and effectively.
You will be accountable for customers who require 24-hour nursing care, while maintaining a duty of care for all customers in the village. Your role will involve providing nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, and the 'Compassion in Practice' 6C's.
You will work closely with the Lead Nurse to ensure that care and support is provided in a way that encourages choice and independence, respects the privacy, dignity, and lifestyle of each individual, and adheres to the NMC Code of Conduct and guidance within the NMC 'Scope of Professional Practice'.
About You
As a Village Nurse at Belong, you will be making a difference to the lives of older people who may be living with dementia or who need nursing support. You will use your clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain, or recover their health and wellbeing, delivering high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care.
You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, covering a neighbouring village in the event of absence, sickness, and annual leave. As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
