We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Health Visitor to join our team in North West Glasgow. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the Universal Pathway for all children on a designated caseload, providing highly specialized advice, parenting skills, health promotion, health education, and psycho-social interventions.
- Work collectively with multi-disciplinary/agency teams to identify, plan for, and address the wider Public Health needs of the Health Improvement Agenda.
- Provide reciprocal cover and support for the wider health visitor caseloads in the absence of the designated caseload holder, ensuring clinical leadership and continuity of service delivery.
- First-level registered nurse with a currently valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Hold a Post-registration qualification in Health Visiting/Public Health Nursing.
- Relevant post-registration experience as a PHN/Health Visitor.
