Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to all areas of Supply Chain and Customer Services, ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical issues promptly.

• Review and approve Design and Assembly drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

• Translate design information from drawings into SAP Material Master Data, Bills of Materials, and Routings, facilitating efficient production planning.

• Develop and maintain assembly instruction documents, detailing the production process from design drawings and initial production builds.

• Lead the resolution of technical issues, material, tooling, and instructions to all Production and Warehouse areas, promoting a culture of safety and quality.

• Collaborate with the Reliability team to support Facilities activities, including issue resolution and updating site layouts/P&ID's (on AutoCAD or equivalent).

• Foster a safety-first mindset, promoting and leading by example on all aspects of safety, and conducting risk assessments and reviews of safety in all SOPs, projects, and day-to-day support of the plant.

• Support the plant manager on Safety projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in Production, process, industrial engineering function, with a strong background in TPM / Lean principles and analysis of production processes.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including BOM's, Routings, Master data, and experience with SAP, DDM (Design Data Manager), eQMS, and AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to compile shop floor process instructions and safe working procedures.

• High standard of numeracy and literacy, with the ability to work under own initiative and be flexible with working hours/shift at short notice.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experience using ERP/MRP systems, with a willingness to learn quickly and take on new skills and experiences.
