We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Oral Surgery Consultant to become part of our dedicated team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This role offers a permanent position with the flexibility to work across various locations within our healthcare network. The ideal candidate will work alongside fellow Oral Surgeons, gaining valuable experience in diverse specialties while actively participating in service enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver oral surgical services to the community
- Participate in outpatient consultations and telehealth services
- Engage in sessions involving Local and General anesthesia
- Contribute to Multidisciplinary Team discussions
- Support training, education, and service improvement efforts

Candidate Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Oral Surgery
- Experience equivalent to UK CCT entry standards
- Full registration on the UK General Dental Council's Specialist Register
- Current GDC or GMC registration with revalidation
- Interest in the management of Oral Surgery
- Experience in service development
Desirable Qualifications:
- Formal training in Clinical Supervision or Training the Trainers
