Join Our Team as a Mechanical Engineering Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineering Director to lead our Building Services team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing projects, and overseeing the commercial management of our London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to win new projects and maintain existing relationships.
  • Lead presentations and coordinate with other offices to secure new project opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of the London office and control the commercial management of the London team.
  • Oversee project resource and fees, as well as project forward planning.
  • Manage the coordination of projects with internal and external teams.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the London team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure high technical quality and commercial performance.
  • Support other Directors in sales, resource control, problem-solving, design advice, and other areas.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company with a strong order book and ambitious plans for expansion. As a Mechanical Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading our Building Services team in London and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Operations Director and Board of Directors to achieve our goals.
