About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home in Saffron Walden, Essex. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and daily living activities
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation, including daily records and care plans
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities, promoting independence, choice, and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.40 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Flexible 0-hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available
  • 12-hour shifts from 8am-8pm/8pm-8am, Monday-Sunday
  • 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays
