We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by substance use, providing tailored interventions, and promoting recovery-focused care.
About the Role:- Provide empathetic support to service users, empowering them to take control of their recovery journey.
- Develop and implement comprehensive detoxification plans, ensuring seamless transitions between pre-detox preparation and post-care support.
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare professionals to enhance recovery resources and promote social reintegration.
- Advocate for service users, facilitating access to partnership services and promoting peer support.
- Work closely with service users to foster resilience, self-determination, and a sense of purpose.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, prioritizing the needs of service users and driving positive outcomes.
- Proven experience in delivering interventions for individuals affected by substance use, with a strong understanding of mental health interventions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

- A competitive salary range of £27,449.52 - £31,529.41, dependent on experience.
