About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional culinary services that meet their nutritional and hydration needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to ensure seamless delivery of catering services, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
  • Support and supervise staff to ensure they are trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver excellent customer care and service.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager to create engaging and imaginative themes for special events, enhancing the overall dining experience for our residents.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the catering service area, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve catering services, ensuring that resident choice, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of COSHH and CQC regulations, as well as previous experience in team leadership in a similar role. You will also demonstrate compassion, commitment, and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary services to residents.
