Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Engagement: Actively connect with potential candidates through phone interviews and thorough vetting processes.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries, keeping abreast of trends and key players.
- Client Insights: Gather and analyze information about current and prospective clients, identifying key decision-makers and their hiring requirements.
- Competitive Research: Investigate and evaluate the strategies of competitors in the executive search field to inform VHR's growth strategies.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports based on research findings to support business decisions and executive search initiatives.
- Talent Mapping: Identify and assess potential candidates within the relevant sectors, evaluating their qualifications for various roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of VHR Executive Search to ensure alignment of research efforts with company goals.
- Mentorship: As you advance in your role, provide guidance and training to new team members joining the Executive Search Department.
