  • Candidate Engagement: Actively connect with potential candidates through phone interviews and thorough vetting processes.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the Aviation MRO, Aerospace, and Engineering industries, keeping abreast of trends and key players.
  • Client Insights: Gather and analyze information about current and prospective clients, identifying key decision-makers and their hiring requirements.
  • Competitive Research: Investigate and evaluate the strategies of competitors in the executive search field to inform VHR's growth strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports based on research findings to support business decisions and executive search initiatives.
