About the Role

Madison Brook is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction services team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality construction services to our clients, while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and contract tendering.
  • Contract Management - Collaborate with clients to structure and deliver tenders and contracts that meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis - Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities to ensure Madison Brook is positioned for growth and profitability.
  • Operations Management - Work with the Head of Delivery to achieve contract milestones and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Performance Management - Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive improvement.
  • Process Improvement - Develop and implement effective procedures and protocols to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Management - Lead and develop a high-performing team of construction professionals.
  • Reporting - Provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Compliance and Governance - Ensure Madison Brook meets all statutory requirements and maintains strong governance practices.
Requirements
  • Qualifications - RICS qualification (desirable) and/or MCIOB qualification (desirable).
  • Skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent computer and telephone skills, and excellent management skills.
Benefits
  • Remuneration - Competitive base salary and OTE.
  • Hours - Standard working hours (Monday-Friday).
  • Contract - Permanent contract.
  • Location - Bankside, SE1.
  • Holiday - 25 days pa, plus public holidays.
