Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious client in the manufacturing industry. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive maintenances, machine overhauls, and recovery support across all can making power press equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned preventive maintenances and machine overhauls to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide recovery support to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the manufacturing process and equipment.

Requirements

  • Relevant mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with power presses and machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.
  • Welding experience, preferably with Tig and Mig.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
