About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global industry-leading brand, recognized for their commitment to sustainability and innovation. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a continental shift pattern, working 4 on, 4 off, 12-hour days and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned preventive maintenance and machine overhaul to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide recovery support and complete regulatory compliance checks across all can-making power press equipment.
  • Collaborate with the shift maintenance crew to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Mechanical/Maintenance Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a relevant mechanical engineering role, with prior experience of working with power presses an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of machining, welding, and other relevant skills.
