Our client, a well-established Property company with a strong presence across the country, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead their Virginia Water branch.

This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual with a proven track record of success in sales management. The successful candidate will have a polished and professional approach to problem-solving and be able to drive revenue growth and profitability.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, maximising income and profit, and growing revenues through effective sales strategies. You will also be expected to maintain excellent relationships with clients, conduct regular reviews and meetings, and drive business growth through the achievement of targets.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including up to £38,000 basic salary, £55,000 OTE, and other bonuses. Additionally, the company offers a structured career progression path, with opportunities to advance to regional management status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and day-to-day running of the branch
  • Maximise income and profit, and grow revenues through effective sales strategies
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular reviews and meetings
  • Drive business growth through the achievement of targets

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver's license and own vehicle required
  • Previous management experience in the Property industry
  • Proven track record of achievement
  • Results-driven and ambitious individual
