About the Company: Our client is a well-established and award-winning business with a strong market reputation working in both residential and commercial solar markets, primarily in the South East area of the UK.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Sales/Design Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial business opportunities, working closely with our design team to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with our design team to develop commercial PV and battery storage projects
  • Conduct site surveys and preliminary system designs to ensure accurate and cost-effective solutions for clients
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely delivery of sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales and business development
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably with knowledge of solar design, battery storage systems, financial modeling, and/or construction surveying
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Full clean UK driving license
