Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited in Kent. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, overages and options, commercial lending, and lease agreements.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transactions and develop your skills and expertise in commercial property law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, overages and options, commercial lending, and lease agreements.
  • Running your own transactions and supporting the team with property development caseload.
  • Acting on behalf of developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders, and borrowers.
  • Providing excellent client care and developing strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualified experience. You will have a strong understanding of commercial property law and be able to provide excellent client care. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team.
