About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at SWFT Clinical Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors at our Lillington Health Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake necessary duties to ensure the upkeep of a clean and hygienic environment within the health hub and associated areas.
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required.
- Be responsive to service needs as they arise and constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of the service.
- Comply with health, safety, security, and Company and Trust policies and procedures, including infection control.
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and dignity are maintained at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Company and Trust policy.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner while on Trust and Company premises.
- Use all mechanical and electrical equipment in a correct and safe manner, following training.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy appearance, complying with Company and Trust uniform and hand care guidelines and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and other relevant discussions.
- Engage in the process to identify your own personal development and training needs and attend agreed training programs.
- Report immediately any faults or defects to Trust or Company equipment or premises.

Desirable
- Previous domestic cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
