About the Role

Copello Global is seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems IVVQ Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the verification and validation activities for complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Systems Engineering Approach: Develop and maintain Systems V&V artefacts, including Strategies, Plans, Procedures, Matrices, and Reports, to ensure the successful completion of internal, qualification, and acceptance events.
  • Manage External V&V Facilities: Organize EMC and TEMPEST qualification, collaborate with test houses to develop test harnesses, and ensure the effective use of external V&V facilities.
  • Technical Knowledge and Support: Maintain technical knowledge, attend relevant training courses, and provide specialist knowledge and support to the wider engineering team.
  • Process Improvement: Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to increase the quality and efficiency of engineering.
Requirements
  • Systems Engineering Experience: Proven experience in Systems Engineering/V&V, with a focus on solutions formed of Hardware, Software, and Firmware components.
  • INCOSE/ISO 15288 Experience: Demonstrable experience in INCOSE/ISO 15288 Systems Engineering of complex solutions.
  • Technical and Line Management Experience: Technical and line management experience of a team of systems engineers.
  • Technical Documentation: Experience in writing high-quality technical documentation and the formal technical review of such material.
Desirable Qualifications
  • INCOSE Recognition: INCOSE recognition ASEP or CSEP.
  • Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Experience working as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and developing new areas of expertise as and when required.
  • ISTQB Attainment: ISTQB attained.
  • Test Automation Experience: Experienced in test automation, frameworks, and marriage with manual testing for an overall test campaign.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, Rest, and MySQL.
