Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Swanley. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them navigate the mortgage process with confidence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attract new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
