We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Mann Estate Agency in Swanley. Key Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
- Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage and protection products to meet customer needs.
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
